With many years of leading teams of pilots and crews for both the USAF and UPS, John organizes and guides the team at Altus Delivers to add value to the various stakeholders we serve. 


John's career history spans many different roles and responsibilities which allows him to evaluate and select the appropriate markets for Altus Delivers to focus our attention and find the right people to support those markets.

Scott Ingram

Director of Contracting and Project Management


Scott specializes in quantitative project management and analyses. With more than 10 years of experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects in Charleston’s commercial and defense markets, Intrinsic has demonstrated results using a proven methodology that is scalable and can be tailored to meet the programmatic and analytical needs of any project. 


Scott's credentials include a multitude of valuable degrees and industry certifications that are sure to meet a variety of Labor Categories (LCATs) such as Masters of Business Administration, Masters of Accounting, Masters Certification in Enterprise Resource Planning, Project Management Professional Certification and Scrum Master Certification. 

Rebecca (Becky) Atkinson

Director of Environmental Services 


Becky has over 15 years of environmental consulting, field management, and federal & local regulation management.  


Most recently she implemented, from scratch, a zero waste to landfill program for the Volvo Cars US Operations (Volvo's first automotive manufacturing facility in the United States). She was and is still responsible for not only the logistics and implementation of the refuse and recycling  program at Volvo, but also for the education and training of everyone from the executives to the production employees on the purpose and importance of the program's efforts.

John's role with Altus Delivers is to build, model, and test our strategic plan while also helping to facilitate the day-to-day operations.


John's background is mostly focused in the Executive Benefit and Financial Services marketplace.  With more than 18 years of consulting experience helping to educate organizations on complex benefit structures but to also facilitate coordinated plan design, administration, financing, and implementation.  As with anything he does, John builds off of a holistic approach to the consulting process that will include analysis, advice, and implementation.


John started working in the executive benefit market in 2002. Prior to that time John had experience working in various organizational designs and industries, from a small investment advisory shop, to business manager for research and development for a privately held bio-pharmaceutical company. He began his career in the financial services industry in 1999 when he began to work for one of the nation’s largest mutual fund companies.
